Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2-3 days assuming the item is in stock. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week. Orders are not processed on major holidays.

Please make sure to enter your exact billing information: first and last names, middle initial, billing address, credit card number and expiration date. All American Express users must insert the 4-digit code on the front of your credit card; your order will not be processed without it.
All Illinois residents are required to pay 9.25% sales tax on all Chic Gems, etc. purchases.

In your email, include your contact information, the item you purchased and a brief description of the reason for your return/exchange.
Once we have processed your request we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) and instructions where to ship the merchandise.
Merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number).
All items must be returned in new, unused condition within 10 days of the delivery date for a credit card refund or Chic Gems, etc. exchange. When returning or exchanging items, please include the original packing slip, noting the product to be returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping and handling costs. Please contact us should you have further questions regarding returns or exchanges.
